- Yes, we work by appointment to ensure personalised care. You can book online or call us on +34 680 966 978.
- How long is a physiotherapy session?
- Sessions last 60 minutes.
- What should I bring to my first appointment?
- Bring comfortable clothing and any relevant medical reports (X-rays, MRI scans, etc.). If coming from your doctor, bring the referral.
- How many sessions will I need?
- It depends on each case. After the initial assessment, the physiotherapist will propose a treatment plan with the estimated number of sessions.
- Do you offer pilates for pregnant women?
- Yes, we offer therapeutic pilates sessions adapted to the different stages of pregnancy, always under professional supervision.
- Do you accept health insurance?
- We currently operate as a private clinic. We provide invoices so you can submit them to your insurer for reimbursement if applicable.
- Where are you located?
- We are at Calle de Fernández Navarro, 17 — 38003 Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Free parking at C.C. Nuestra Señora de África (entrance at the corner of José Manuel Guimerá and Darias y Padrón), from 15:00 to 21:30.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept cash, credit/debit card, Bizum and bank transfer.

- Are you registered physiotherapists?
- Yes, we are fully qualified and registered physiotherapists with ICOFITE (Official College of Physiotherapists of Tenerife), licence no. 1905. Your health is in the hands of qualified, regulated professionals.
